Albert Northrup

Associate Attorney

Albert has more than four years of experience in complex litigation including mass torts. As a Complex Litigation Associate with a mid-sized regional firm, he worked exclusively on mass tort litigation against the biggest manufacturers and distributors of opioids. In addition to complex litigation, Albert has worked as a Social Security Disability advocate, helping disabled people navigate the complex Social Security system and fighting for their benefits. He has a passion for fighting for the disabled and the injured.

Albert is a graduate of Barry University School of Law in Orlando, FL where he was a member of Barry’s award-winning Trial Team and Moot Court Honors Board. He served on the executive board as treasurer of his law school’s chapter of the American Association for Justice (AAJ) and earned Book Awards for the highest grade in his class for Trial Advocacy and Motions & Depositions. Prior to law school, Albert earned a B.A. in Political Science and an MBA from The University of Central Florida (UCF).

In his spare time, Albert enjoys staying active and exploring all the beautiful nature Colorado has to offer. He played soccer and ran track throughout school and still plays the occasional pickup soccer game. He also coached youth soccer for 9 years. He is an avid sports fan of the US Men’s and Women’s National Soccer Teams, Buffalo Bills, New York Yankees, Orlando City Soccer Club, all of the Denver teams, and of course, his UCF Knights.
